ORDER FULFILLMENT & LEAD TIMES
We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Fabric is printed to order and takes approximately 2-3 weeks for delivery. Custom pillows take approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground and tracking information will be sent to your email address. Rush printing and delivery is available. Please email email@example.com for more information. Memos are sent via USPS and generally arrive within 1-2 weeks, unless we are out of stock.
To help keep our shipping prices low for customers, we do not add insurance to packages or require a signature upon delivery. Nor do we accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods in transit. It is incredibly rare for packages to be lost or items to arrive damaged, but if you would like for us to add insurance or require a signature to your shipment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your request.
All international orders are shipped via TNT unless otherwise requested. Please note that our fabric is sold by the yard and that pricing is in U.S. dollars. DISCLAIMER: Many countries charge import/customs fees and/or taxes. If your shipment is processed by customs, CARLEY KAHN LLC is not responsible for any of these fees. Thank you for understanding.
Our products are made to order and all sales are final. Due to the natural fiber content of our organic fabric, subtle variations of color and texture may occur and are to be embraced. The natural color of linen and cotton will change slightly from crop to crop, based on rainfall, soil mineral content, etc. Additionally, while we do our best to represent colors accurately, please note that individual computer monitors display color slightly differently. We strongly suggest ordering swatches if you are concerned about colors. All sale items are final and non-refundable.
DISCLAIMER: Our fabrics are not protected against subtle variations in color/texture, fading, natural wear and abrasion, stretch or shrinkage.
If you believe your product to be defective and it has not been cut, please email email@example.com within 10 days of delivery so we can review your issue. The potential color and texture variations mentioned above will not be considered a defect and will not result in a refund or exchange. In the event an item is deemed legitimately defective, we will make every attempt to replace the damaged goods in a timely manner or issue you a refund. Shipping costs and adjustments, such as rush fees, will not be reimbursed.
We are not obligated to accept a return of goods ordered in error. Nor do we accept responsibility for damaged or lost goods in transit. Thank you for understanding.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has been printed the purchase cannot be modified or cancelled. There is usually a small grace period of a few days between when an order is placed and when it goes to print, but this cannot be guaranteed.
